Dace

After seeing a fabulous Dace dress on the lovely Danielle earlier today, I took a look at their site and was mesmerized by this beautiful Spring 2011 campaign video. Not only do the clothes look fabulous, but the setting for the shoot is just unbelievably gorgeous. Just what you would expect from a line based in beautiful British Columbia, I suppose!

Although I have yet to purchase my own garments from this Canadian label, a number of classic pieces particularly from the most recent spring collection are on my wishlist. Every item has the feeling of something you would want to pull out of your closet over and over again. There is an ease to the garments, a simplicity that is effortlessly chic.

Summer wardrobe staple? I think so. Check out the rest of the looks from Dace (and shop online) here.

Ah - the beige blouse & blue trouser combo has me swooning. I absolutely love simple neutrals with small embellishments, like the belt & necklace. Love!

First of all - WOW! That video was breath taking. I often finding myself forget how beautiful a country we live in.. and that's not even mentioning the clothes! I love coming across Canadian designers because I think its really important to support "at home" economy and its refreshing to see some very stylish and adorable creations! Thanks so much for sharing! Hope you had a fantastic wednesday! xx

Oooh I love Dace! I (unfortunately) can't afford their pieces, but hopefully one day soon. Why haven't I won the lottery yet?!

I saw this campaign this past weekend and loved it! I have a tough time spending quite that much for such simple pieces, but I'm considering...
