Last Wednesday evening I went to the National Arts Centre here in Ottawa to see Pierre Lapointe in concert. He is quite a character, and if a little bit scandalous, super funny. Also? Insanely talented. The small but enthusiastic crowd was rapt throughout, and rightfully so - he and his "magically musical" band put on an incredibly good show. This song, Nos joies répétitives, is one of my favourites from his album, Punkt, and it was also one of my favourites that he performed live. Seriously, so good.
