No Man of Her Own

I have long loved old movies, and I don't know how I missed this amazing looking film, No Man of Her Own featuring Carole Lombard and Clark Gable, released in 1932. Carole, playing a ''lonely, but slightly wild librarian'' (against Gable's card shark on the run) wears the most beautiful clothes - the epitome of library-chic.

I'm always interested to see how librarians are represented in pop culture, both past and present. Personally, I can't wait to track down this old film noir and take some inspiration for my own library style.

What are some of your favourite old movies?
