Here it is, my first outfit as part of the Style Blogging for Confidence series. In the two outfit posts I've done in the past, I shot them in pretty private spots where I was sure no one would be walking by - the first in a field by the water at Twin Shores, and the other in my backyard.
To put myself out there, I decided to head out for a shoot in a pretty spot down by the waterfront that was a bit more out in the open, pushing me out of my comfort zone. Essentially to help get used to doing outfit shots in public! I love featuring the ocean, so I thought this quiet fishing wharf would work. Luckily my only company included a cormorant, some passing boaters who waved hello, and wandering tourists stopped to chat. It was a beautiful island evening, with a perfect breeze off the water - which made for enjoyable picture taking! A good first step, I think!
