Yesterday was an absolutely gorgeous day here on the island, and I spent it going to the Farmer's Market, walking along the boardwalk, stopping in to my favourite local coffee shop, and of course, heading out to the shore for a stroll at low tide. I tried rather unsuccessfully to shoot some photos in the fading light, but soon gave up and simply enjoyed my time on the sandy shore at sunset. Lovely.

Being from Cape Breton, I can't call PEI my favourite place on earth, but it is close. This is lovely! Sometimes it's totally just best to give up on perfect photos & enjoy the moment :)
